I have been living at Winexburg Manor more than one year. I really enjoy my stay there with my family. The apartment is quite spacious as always noticed by any of my friends who visited me the first time. The neighborhood is nice and overall secure. There is always parking available even you come back home at a late time. Maintenance personnel mostly react on time to solve issues. Glenmont Metro Station is nearby, which really helps my wife who is working at DC.
Overall perfect for me and my family My likes and dislikes are: spacious rooms, good neighborhood, privacy in spite of having large windows, utility included
Whatever you do don't stay here. Utterly awful. From the time I received an official letter saying I could move in on a specific date, move all the way from ny, get there and the person who promised me the apartment was on vacation and everyone else had no idea about it and I had to stay in a hotel, which they didn't compensate me for. Mice, cockroaches, flea infestations so bad I slept on the bathroom floor, broken elevators for 50% of my 2 year stay. So many issues with this place and my apartment it would take me forever to type out. Ridiculous policies, uninformative sloppy staff, very misleading, time and time again they found a new way to screw me over. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have been living in this dump for 3 days and im already ready to break my lease. My bathtub is stopped up and my toilet doesn't flush at all. My bathroom has been completely not functional. What kind of respectable company lets residents move in to an apartment without a functioning bathroom? I put in a maintenance request days ago but no response. On top of that there are huge stains on the carpet. The apartment is dirty and the walls are thin. Spend your money somewhere else
I recommend it is a nice community and solve your problem thank you
