Good response to maintenance issues. My likes and dislikes are: I like my neighbors, they are kind,courteous, helpful. For my apt. I can work and rest. Love coming home!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think this is a very nicely remodeled apartment,nice appliances and all utilities included. But I think the grounds needs to be a little more attractive. The outside appearance of some of the apartments are a bit worn, and need a little updating. broken pathways etc. but in all it is a nice complex.
I like my apartment, it is large and very comfortable. However, I put in an original request regarding painting and the carpet which have been ignored. The carpet is old and has paint one it. The door closer was painted gold and gold paint is on the wall. I've asked that it be repainted. I have also had roaches and mice that I have had to take care. I Recently there has been broken glass on the driveway to the garage parking where I pay to park. In the last 10 days I have left a message
