Montgomery trace apartments are good and nice living place ! I have one your year and everything is working great!
Great service, excellent and speedy maintenance, quiet complex.
By far one of the worst places we've lived. The staff is rude, maintenance is lazy and our apartment is completely overrun with mice. Appliances don't work properly and management refuses to replace them. My apartment always smells like cigarettes and marrijuana because of the neighbors. The pool is dirty and all the chairs are broken. Don't bother looking to live here unless it's a complete last resort. There are so many comparably priced places in the area that are much nicer.
I have been resident here for 28 years and I have never had any trouble with my neighbors. Every one was very helpful to me when I was having trouble getting around someone was always outside to help me get my trash over to the dumpster. One time I even had a driver stop and come over to help me.
When I first moved there it was good. Over the years it had gone for the worse, especially with the rodent infestation.
