The number one thing, when something needs to be fixed or taken care of it's usually done in a pretty timely matter. I don't really have any complaints except about the visitor parking spaces...there are not nearly enough of them and that is an issue I'm sure I share with residents as well.
Maintenance started repair in 3 wks ago mildew on ceiling in 1st bathroom. Maintenance cut a while in bathroom ceiling and left it with plastic bag for 3 wks Still waiting for maintenance to complete repair.
The property is always clean.. And the staff us always inviting...
I have an issue with parking there's not enough our visitor parking spaces for our family, guest visiting out of town on vacation I don't think that we have enough spaces for visitors to park as well as happens to be towed after three days after being in the visitor parking spot if my family wants to come and stay two weeks they're able to Park in the visitor parking spaces for only three days or their car will get towed I think its unfair to us as residents that our guest does not have.
As the rent increases, upgrades would be nice (especially to long-time residents). Also the visitor parking situation is not great. Giving each resident visitor passes or hang tags for their guests would be ideal.
