I really like the layout of the complex . I hope I get to live there. I pray everything works out for the best.
i lived in Hampton point apartment for a year and the biggest problem is the winter electric bill is to the roof.I had a one bed room apartment and my average payment for the winter months was 400$ per month. To make the matter worst, i have never felt warm for a single day even with paying that much. Other than that, the apartment is clean, the maintenance guys and the front desk personnel are good.
I'm a longtime resident and I do really like it. The property is well maintained and the area is very dog-friendly. My neighbors are all friendly and the complex is pretty quiet. The maintenance guys are pretty responsive and helpful (though I have had some big problems --- the sewer line backed up into my bathroom [and my neighbors']!). My main complaints are (1) the water/electric bills are pretty high (higher than I've paid for similar apartments). (2) The parking is a nightmare. If you're home after 8 pm, forget about finding something close to your building. They also seem to have A LOT of plumbing problems in the parking lots. I can't tell you how many times they've had to dig up the parking lots (with BIG holes) to take care of leaks --- water just bubbles up out of the asphalt! Of course, it takes a couple of days for repairs and eats up even more spaces. (3) The rent increases are pretty steep, especially for the apartment that you get. In fact, my lease is up soon and I've been looking around. I've heard similar complaints from neighbors, some of whom did move elsewhere. Bottom line: if you're only going to be here for a year or two, it's a great place. Rethink it if you're going to be here long term.
Moved in recently, so far its been good, I can't hear my neighbors and parkinh has been no hassle, I really appreciate that.
Not to good, because of the all day,and all night continuous bumping, and running from neighbors. Only been living here for three months, and already Filed three noise complaints, and problem still hasn't been solved from management.
