Georgia West has been a fantastic place to call home. The management is top-notch. I have never had an issue not resolved in the same day, which is just unheard of in any other apartment complex. The residents are generally very nice and the thick walls in the building keep things quiet. We just signed our fourth year lease and intend to stay until we purchase a home.

Friendly and highly competent staff, clean and well maintained interior.
My only (very minor) criticism would be that rent must be paid by check to the rental office rather than through any system that can be automated.

Staff is great, the apartment complex is clean, and the services they officer, specifically package acceptance is great.

It's close to Metro and the Beltway, very well managed and cared for, the tenants are a good mix of ages and ethnicities, I've looked other buildings in the area and think this is the best value.
