My experience with the staff at the leasing office has been phenomenal. Sherry, Michael, Joe, and Eliza were amazing .
The staff at the Enclave is the best! Dominique is patient and always willing to help. Sherry always has a smile on her face. They go above and beyond to answer your questions. They take time to listen and get issues in my home addressed quickly and efficiently. I have seen other changes that I am very happy with. The office cares about the Enclave which means they care about us. Keep up the great work.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Rodent infestation to include (mice) and plenty insects (roaches). Management has changed several times. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. Maintenance team is horrible, property need an entire overhaul, should I text more...I hope not, could go on.
I lived at The Enclave for a year and it was the WORST apartment experience I have ever had. I shouldve listened to previous reviews because within the first threee months of moving into my apartment, I had to have the pest control company come in to spray for roaches at least 8 times. They have a HORRIBLE roach problem. Out of my entire year there, there was probably a two week period where I did NOT see any roaches. The rest of the year I saw roaches in my apartment every day. They were in my kitchen, refrigerator, closet, bathroom, in my sofa, on my desk, and even in my bed. Finding a roach in my bed was the absolute last straw for me! The people who live in the buildings are rude, the new management (The Donaldson Group) does not seem on top of anything, and they insist on sending in pest control over and over again to make it seem like something is being done when nothing is being done at all. I am beyond happy and relieved that I moved out of this place and would not recommend it to anyone. The price may look good but please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!
It's alright. I've seen a couple of roaches and a mouse and I live on the 17th floor so I can't imagine what it's like down below. Maintenance is terrible. I've had issues with the stove not lighting for a month and counting. Every time I call to follow up I'm told that someone will be by the next day...which never happens. My roommate reviewed this complex on yelp and someone from customer service responded as though they were so concerned and asked him to reach out by email to resolve his concerns. He did this and never received a response. Typical...I'm more than ready to move out.

Theres the location, at the intersection of two major thoroughfares and a lifetimes worth of shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation not to mention the free shuttle to the Silver Spring Metro. The services were also important to you, from the concierge services to the 24-hour emergency maintenance. But what ultimately clinched the deal was finding out your furry best friends could share this wonderful new life with you. Now, arent you glad you discovered Enclave Silver Spring apartments? We are. Welcome home!
