TL;DR: The rent is way too high for a building where everything (gym equipment, water, A/C, elevators) is constantly broken. Don't sign a lease here. ~~~ We have lived in this building since June 2018. It was great when we first moved in - the move-in experience was fine, concierge was very accommodating, and I enjoyed the amenities. We even upgraded to a larger unit in 2019, and that process was smooth as well. We chose it overwhelmingly due to location, and when everything was open we were happy with that decision. Unfortunately, the building infrastructure has taken a complete nosedive in the last year and a half. Last spring, one of the elevators was broken for MONTHS because it is custom-built and the part was on backorder. There were lines up to 30 minutes long of residents trying to get upstairs one family at a time. Also, one of the cable towers in the gym was broken for MONTHS before they finally figured out how to fix it. This year: --The A/C on the 5th and 21st floors was off over the course of a repair that took weeks IN JULY. --When I was in the gym earlier this month, 3 out of 5 treadmills were broken. --At the time of this writing, everyone in the building is without hot water for the 3rd time this month, and some have no hot water at all. Last week, it was out for 5 days.

Unreasonably expensive doesn't begin to describe this place. The ceilings leak in any storm stronger than a drizzle, the smell of weed is so strong you can get a contact high from walking the hallways, the amenity fee is absurd considering half of the gym equipment is broken or cheap, the air conditioning constantly goes out in this "luxury" building. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. Also, theyre clearly adding fake reviews to keep the rating high (see screenshot below). The only positives about this place are the cleaning crew, concierge staff, and the maintenance staff (who've had to come to fix appliances regularly). They can't keep a concierge person longer than a few months, but somehow they seem to still be able to find decent people.

The building is beautiful and the apartments have stunning layouts with just the perfect amount of space while keeping to a very modern look. Maintenance and Management are both very helpful and appear to be genuinely concerned with resident welfare. My only complaint would be that it's a tid pricey, but otherwise I think it's definitely a great community and living experience. I particularly like all of the events that take place throughout the year.
