DO NOT MOVE HERE. The worst experience with this apartment. Everyone in that office is fake and out to get your money. As soon as theyve put you down for contract, they wont listen to your need such as A/C and noise control. I dont know why Google deleted my review. They will try to sell you with renovated, washer and dryer in unit. There are way too many dogs, no parking space unless 2-4 apartments are vacant. No pool, playground is nasty (I have a child), nothing you can enjoy; even your own space because neighbors A/C are loud and kids play outside EVERY DAY; you can hear every conversation outside your apartment. k*aren (will disappear EVERY-TIME) and m**reen (will scold you through the phone, screaming), are not helpful. Maintenance got no experience, more than changing light bulbs. Lived in this apartment from Oct-March with no A/C. Call center representatives have nasty attitudes. They will tell you LIES just to keep you quite. Paying portion of the building for gas bill. Will go up to $98 every month in the winter, DO NOT BELIVE k*aren when she tells you estimate is $15-30. When asked why it was so high, she told me I could give the gas company a call myself.

I don't recommend moving here. It's really gone downhill in the last year since new management took over. The prices are outrageous for this very old complex. The photos aren't representative of what the apartments really look like. The grounds are not well kept. The appliances are old. There are 1 bedroom apartments that have 3 or 4 people living in them, and way too many dogs here - one neighbor is breeding pit bulls. There's no place to park if you work late, and starting in Jan 2021 they will tow you if you are a resident parked in guest parking, even if you have a sticker. There are not enough parking spaces for all the residents, but supposedly you can pay an extra $50/month to reserve a parking space - except management isn't actually issuing reserved parking spaces right now. There is no pool, no amenities to speak of. The washers on site only use warm or hot water; your leggings and anything else that needs to be washed in cold water will be ruined. The dryers won't dry your clothes in one load - you have to run them thru twice. You will pay a portion of the gas bill for the building, so if you want to subsidize your neighbors who use more than you do, go right ahead and move here. I do like that every unit has a patio or deck, and the closet space is very generous. It's still not worth 1400/month.

I went there at 10:30am, on a Thursday and the office was closed. I toured around the property, saw broken down cars, laundry hanging from balconies, etc. Not for me.
