Overpriced not worth the money, the water bill and bge is bill is always high, i lived in a house with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms and the bills were lower then what I pay here. The people over top of me are loud no matter how many times i speak with them regarding noise.I am looking forward to moving when lease is up.
I like the condo look of the apartments.
I find the staff and workers very polite and helpful. One time, not long ago, at 2am there was a big problem, and I called and finally got hold of one of the workers and they came right away, fixed a flooding from a toilet in Masters bedroom!
These apartments are overpriced, had several hot water heating problems, bge and water bill high, parking is horrible. People are in and out always moving every week i see people moving.I am just counting down until i move
I have been here since December. I was so excited to move here, as the grounds seemed very well kept. I can say they are. In regards to quietness, it is quite quiet in the neighborhood at all times. However, we had issues from the very beginning. There has been about 4-5 times where we had no hot water/heat due to a faulty hot water heater. We also had a dryer that was broken. After complaining multiple times, they actually fixed it. Within the first month, all of these issues came up and it was very frustrating and not a great experience for tenants who JUST moved in. They replaced our hot water heater, but when the wind blows a little too hard, we are without hot water/heat. The hot water heater is placed in a closet on your patio that only maintenance can open, which is obviously annoying for issues whenever the hot water heater needs to be lit again. Waking up to a extremely cold home and no hot water to shower in when you have to be to work in an hour is a huge inconvenience and it has happened too many times, and has happened after the hot water heater was replaced. However, I appreciate them replacing the old hot water heater, as it hasn't been an issue AS much as it was.
On top of this, gas is SO EXPENSIVE! We came from a neighborhood that was electric everything. The hot water heater uses gas for just about everything. The gas bill is constantly high, even if the heat is on low because it is also used for the dryer, hot water, and cooking appliances. On top of your electric bill, your gas bill will be atleast $100-$180 more, just for simple usage around the unit. Paying $300+ for a one bedroom home for gas & electric is absolutely ridiculous.
I gave three stars because I appreciate how professional the staff is. I like living there minus all of the issues we have had. But the issues, plus the high gas bill every month deters us from wanting to live here any longer.
The apartments are pretty nice. Only some are "luxury", but overall it is pretty nice.
