I am happy living at Ross Ridge Apts but currently in my bedroom the bottom apt exhaust fan fumes & noise comes right through my floor & disturbs me in the middle of the night & all hours. I'm hoping thus can be rectified.

WATER SPOTS INSIDE APT IS NOT UPTO PARR! OTHERWISE EXCELLENT! THE STAFF IS THE BEST EVER. DO NOT LIKE THE RENT GOING UP EVERY YEAR I HAVE RESIDED HERE. MAY A BREAK THIS COMMING YEAR, AYE?
I do think the reserved parking is a bad idea, there are plenty of available parking, unless visitors are in the complex. Instead of making reserved parking closer to the units, make guests parking on the opposite side of the residence or farther away from entryways.
Give residents more options when it comes to upgrades to their apartment.
What is a Certified Resident?
