I applied and have been getting the run around. I supplied all necessary documents now 2 days later after calling and calling its still pending because they have to verify but never sent me the documents needed to have to verify I had to call and have them ask did someone send me the documents to verify which I provided 3 different income streams. Upon sitting in the office an actual resident walked in about rats being in the units and outside.

The worst rental complex in Baltimore. They have very poor customer service and do not fix anything when requested. I would never live here again EVER!!

Worst apartments I ever moved in. I pay my rent on time every month, I moved in mid month and my first month rent was pro rated so my last month rent should be pro rated also. However, I called the leasing center to figure out why my last months rent wasn't prorated I was told I have to pay a full months rent and I will get my money back later, which I never had to do at any apartments when its prorated. So I asked to speak with the manager who then broke my rent down into a prorated amount and told me how much I would have to pay and that I did not have to pay an entire's month rent because it's prorated. I log into my account today to make sure everything with the rent is taken care of only to see there is a late charge. I plan to get something in writing today. Not to mention the area is disgusting. Trash everywhere kids in the middle of the street and they wont move when they see a car. There are also no dumpsters so you have to drag the trash to the end of the parking lot and when the trash people comes there's so much trash left on the ground.
