I am a current resident that's moving real soon, after 3 years I have had enough. I have given management (at least three different companies) enough opportunities to get it right. They can't seem to get the basics in order.
Also, I have reported the conditions to the local HUD field office due to HUGE environmental issues with mold and asbestos. Calling maintenance after hours has proven to be useless on several occasions. They do not police rude pet owners. Dog droppings are left on sidewalks and in the grass. Snow and ice removal during the winter is marginal at best. Outdated appliances and cabinets are in the apartments with promises of upgrades. Pest control doesn't exist. When you can reach someone in the office they are polite and nice however there are no results. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Before moving in I read several bad reviews and discounted them as disgruntle tenants, someone that had a bad day etc. I WAS WRONG!! THEY WERE RIGHT!! You have been warned.
Maintenance request is awful. It takes them forever to respond to a maintenance request. I have gone in person to complain about my air conditioning not working. Its 90 to 100 degrees outside and they still don't do anything about it.
