Milford Station is located in Baltimore County right in the heart of the Pikesville Neighborhood! You will have easy access to all the area hotspots, the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) and the nearby Milford Mill Metro station that takes you directly into the city. This tranquil community offers spacious studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
This place has mice. I asked for pest control and then came and set mice traps! There should be some type of preventative measure! Worst Apartment. Hate this place!
I was misinformed about my apartment noisey neighbors and dont have someone over you it sounds like it would come through the ceiling. If you reside on the end a Freight Train comes through in the middle of the night People smoking weed in the Halls and laundry room I wouldnt refer a dog. Well good luck Im out
Mice are running around like they are my children, they never fix anything. My daughters blinds have been leaning to one side for almost a year now and Ive asked them several times to come fix them. In fact, all of my blinds need to be replaced they are dry rotted. All the closets are off track so many problems and they dont fix them. My neighbor is elderly and he must have insomnia because he doesnt sleep and he plays loud music at 4 am. The management has done nothing about it. I simply cannot stand it any longer and I have to get out of here. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy let alone a friend. Renters beware!
Milford station has an awesome assistant manager and maintenance crew that does not share the mischief behavior of others. Pros; Usually Clean, Maintenance not bad, usually responds in a timely manner, I have NEVER had rodents or roaches here. Cons; 3 out of 10 apartments in my building has had BEDBUGS, possibly even more. Noise: I can hear all conversations above a whisper, when their phones are ringing, when they walk it sounds like a marching band, their personal moments etc. The heating vents are right in from of the sliding doors which results in burning extra energy trying to keep it warm. The trains that come by in the middle of the night are loud. The back side is quiet but when it gets hot outside, children of all ages with little to no respect come out and just stand around using profanity. Im currently dealing with bullying issues from over 4 of the male residents harassing my son. Verbally and physically attacking him. The zone middle school is really good but the zone elementary school is TERRIBLE. The kids are disrespectful, classes are overcrowded, teachers spend an abundance of their time trying to settle the youth and its rated 3 out of 10. I strongly suggest you save your money and get more for your buck.
P.S. The swimming pool has been down since I moved here and we have to use Milbrooks pool. Long walk. Huge inconvenience.
