What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Perry Hall

I go out of my neighborhood for most everything because of the people. You can't eat at a restaurant without trouble for the city people

There's plenty of restaurants and takeouts nearby. There's also plenty of grocery stores and schools nearby.

I like my neighbors and I like my backyard that backs up to common area. I see lots of deer, groundhogs, squirrels, etc. It is very peaceful

nothingat all. I hate it. Hate the neighbors, neighborhood, house, everything. Noiy neighbors, disrespectful and ignorant renters whereas most people own.

We have a retirement community in my neighborhood. we have a state park with football fields and baseball field. And it has a walking paths

Close to shopping, schools and places of worship -- good restaurants not too far away - suburban location but close to the city and its cultural and sporting events.
