Living in our apartment has been a very good experience. The complex has always been very well maintained, with surroundings being kept clean. When something needs to be done at our apartment, the staff always responds in a timely manner. Same goes when our mail/packages has to be taken. The accommodations are also great. this includes the dog park for small and big dogs, the gym and other perks, such as occasional wine tasting events and holidays. The surroundings also are peaceful and quiet. Overall, we've been more satisfied with being tenants in this unit. We enjoy living in this unit very much and appreciate the people who provide us with this experience.

We CANNOT WAIT to leave here! We moved in feb 2016 and it was great, except my motorcycle was knocked over in the parking lot. Asked for a reserved spot in front of the building and was told those require "doctor's note" to have so we rented a $125 garage. 10 months later they want to raise our base rent $87, pet rent $15 and our garage rent $50. We've paid on time every month and as of March 2016, our building has become HUD so as our living costs skyrocket, our quality of living is going down and the quality of neighbors is also going down.
