It was so terrible living here I already moved out. I signed my 12 month lease back in March, it was so bad I opted to pay the almost 3k buyout fee after 8 months. I only regret that I didn't do it sooner. The management here is lacking basic customer service skills and human decency in general. I had an ongoing noise complaint that I desperately tried to get resolved. I was woken up every night anywhere from 11pm-7am (these are quiet hours stated in the lease). Turns out the tenants above us had a dog (well over the 25lb weight limit stated in the lease). The manager also confirmed it was NOT a service animal and NOT listed on the residents lease (making it illegal to have in their apartment according to the lease). Still, my only breach of contract concern was the unreal amount of noise waking me up every night. I went into the leasing office to voice my concerns, the manager said that I had to put it in writing. I put it in writing and the manager said there was only so much she could do. I offered to relocate to any other unit and was told there were none available. The manager could not have cared less or been more dismissive. However, when I was viewing the middle floor unit I moved into, they said exactly what i wanted to hear! I asked if the residents above me had any pets. She said she couldn't share that information but if we had "any issues to let her know and they'll be taken care of right away". Management, quite frankly, does not care about your issues. They are there to make money. The managers solution to my ongoing noise complaint? She had the tenants above us add their dog to their lease. As expected, this did not solve the noise issue. BUT it did get management 300$/+25$ a month in pet fees from the neighbors and almost 3k from me in buy out fees. Please don't waste your money or time here. If you really feel like this is the place for you do not settle for anything other than a top floor unit.

Hello, We took a tour this past weekend of the townhouse model and loved what we saw. Now the next stop is to become permanent residents. And Jen was a sweetheart. Thank you.

If I could give a 0 star, I would have. I regretted every single bit of our decision the day we moved into this management. I believe we are not the only ones that were treated unfairly but a lot of the tenants that decided to leave. Check other sites to see comments of how this management are treating their tenants and please save your self for future headaches. They are inconsiderate and they only care for what benefits them. The staff and the manager are extremely rude and heartless. What comes around goes around and this goes to the manager who poses herself like a god instead of looking each situation with logic. My husband and I have to cut our lease coz we finally found our first home. It is not like we caused the community a tremendous hazard nor flagged as delayed payer. We are both working in the government and we completely understand the contract we signed almost two years ago. However, it was one of those things where you can't control some stuff while buying a house. The week that we have to leave and pay our two months cut lease was also the day of our closing/settlement. All those that bought houses knows this situation. I wonder if the manager has bought a house of her own cos she seemed very incompetent to understand the situation. We asked her if there is another way the management could help us meet the full amount. We could afford to pay that day half or at least a month of the two months cut lease . And on the 8th day after that , the other half will be paid since it fell on our payday. She said nope! There are no negotiation other than the next option is not even helpful to us. She could have asked any proof that will help make them feel secure that we would be able to pay the balance. A good management with excellent customer service will offer a flow rate or payment arrangement to helped their tenants on whatever reason of their moving. Anyways, we ended paying it up front . Then the security deposit came in. They charged us with carpet
