These are the worst APTever. If you value your life and living conditions DON'T MOVE HERE. The office staff are the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I have never been in a situation where the police was called out on me. I never threatened anyone life or nor did endanger anyone but the front office sure thought it would be a great ideal for the police to show up talk about racial profiling. So I'm at work telling the Doctor that I work for and I was told I should not let this go or take this lightly because racial profiling is real. This is not the place you would want to call home. PLEASE RECONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING THESE APTS. EVERYTHING MAY SEEM GOOD BUT ITS TRUELY NOT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ITS A SAD SITUATION.
The Office Staff and the Maintenance Dept. are outstanding. Very personable, friendly and courteous. I love my apartment and the grounds are well kept.
Maintenance is a joke they take too long to come fix problems in the apartment. The boiler in my apartment haven't been working properly since I moved in in January. They claim to have fixed the issues but it continuously leaked for months it was finally fixed in December only because I didn't have any heat or hot water for several days and I kept complaining. The upper management were very nonchalant and unprofession about the situation as if this was normal and I was overreacting. Ethe boiler
