Been calling for weeks for someone never got an answer call back or anything left msgs still nothing yet ! Unacceptable . Bad sign
I had a appointment today and the Young lady by the name of Tracy was really helpfull and explained to me in detail about anything that i was a little confussed about...Also the Front door Security welcomed me as i came in and had very Great customer service!!!! I look forward to my new place soon (fingers Cross)
Their customer service is the worst one that I've ever seen.... I scheduled appointment to visit one bedroom apartment. I was there on time, but nobody in their office was informed about my appointment. Also, the lady who scheduled the appointment for me wasn't there, too. One of her coworkers helped me. After visiting the apartment, I liked the location, and asked her to talk to her manager and ask her if they accept bank account statement instead of co-singer and she told me she will ask her and I should call back. The day after that, I called their office, but nobody replied. Also, I sent her email twice and asked her what her manager said about accepting bank statement, but she didn't reply! The day after that, again I called to their office, someone answered the phone and I told her I want to know if their company accept bank statement instead of co-signer. She put me on hold for a long time and after coming back to the phone, asked me my phone number and told me "we will call back to you.", but they didn't call back! Their customer service is awful!!!!!
Im a first time renter and need something by march
Terrible! I was told that my townhouse had a renovated kitchen and bathroom. They lied! The bathroom is a mess! They didnt even paint the place before I moved in! I gave them a chance to...all I get is excuses! I have a whole list of things that need to be fixed and only a couple of things have been done so far! Currently waiting for maintenance to come back today after he left and didnt say anything! Needless to say my rent money is going in escrow!
