This place needs new management. They need to get rid of all the office staff, especially that chick Yvonne she is rude and totally disrespectful. They need a new Maintenance crew, people who know what they are doing . The grounds are very poorly kept up. The area where the trash is ridiculous. They play too much in the office, when you get on them about the poor service they want to call security, joke. They have you leave your alarm off for 3 days for maintenance, they never show up. The trifling chick Yvonne never put the request in then when you call her out on it. She has nothing to say. Or they closed the ticket out. They never follow up with tenants to see if the work was truly done. Never ask your opinion. Plus the place is very over priced. This place is a night mare. Don't ever move here stay away. Stay far away from DUTCH VILLAGE, USE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE. BECAUSE THEY SURELY DON'T.
I had an appointment today at 4pm with traci. And I arrived on time. Upon arrival security told me she was out for lunch and that I had to wait. . . Why would I have to wait for someone to finish their break when my appointment was set at that time. Dont make an appointment that your not available for. Then I was told she come back from break at 4 when it was 4:05. So I assume I would see her shortly. Ive sat in there and waited for over 30 minutes and other ppl that came after me was seen and I was still waiting for someone that never came. Then on top of that. One of the nice woman went to the back 3 different times to tell her I was waiting even when she was helping other people because traci was laughing and playing around in the back even after that I was told she would be out in less than 2minutes. it was potential residents and new residents ready to sign their lease waiting.
