When I First Moved Here 5 Years I Absolutely Loved This Community. Over The Years The Quality Of Community Here Has Decreased. More Break In'S And People Hanging Outside Around The Community. The Ladies In The Rental Office Are Wonderful But To Pay The Amount Of Rent That I Do, I Expect A Better Quality Of Living. Also The Parking Is Horrible
Dumpsters always full and overflowing, trash outside constantly. Packages go missing. Recently patched up the concrete and did a horrible job. Maintenance replaced vent covers on every building but left old vent covers in the grass. Walls are painted 100 times over making doors hard to shut. Never convenient parking after 3pm.
Mice, and poor maintenance
The property is clean and well maintained. Management and maintenance respond timely and rent is reasonable. Within the past year, new roofs, windows and patio/balcony doors were installed. The windows and doors are air tight. In addition to the renovations, an outside and indoor fitness center and dog park were added.
My unit is infested with mice. On Fridays exterminators have come out and put glue traps and spring traps down, but the mice have avoided them. Poison, please. The addition of the fitness center is a nice attempt, but it is cramped. The outdoor workout area is an eyesore, is not level, and not worth the money or time put into it. Burned out outside lights are not replaced in a timely manner. The dog waste receptacles are often filled and not emptied regularly.
