What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Parkville

Nearby parks and hiking trails. Clean well maintained yards. Nice stores within walking distance. Everyone is friendly and respectful.

I like that the neighbors are friendly but mind their business. I like that houses and yards are well maintained but not perfect.

Neighborhood is stable Homes are kept up and sell. Some small businesses on Harford Road I like. Shopping is nearby

I find my neighborhood unique because we are in walking distance to a lot of places wither for essentials or entertainment. There are two shopping centers within walking distance down the left and right side of the street. One shopping center includes a gas station, family dollar, laundromat, and hair store. The other shopping center includes a shoprite, mcdonalds, dollar general, food station, domino's, home Depot, big lots, gas station, and laundromat.

I love that it is family friendly. I also love the outdoor presence. People are always outside interacting.

Just everyone is bad moving all the things and the vodka love or badly bruised great because apparently baffles him
