Oxon Hill Village

DONT MOVE HERE MY APARTMENT HAS HAD ISSUES SINCE DAY ONE AND THEY WONT MOVE ME INTO A NEW UNIT

I've been a resident art Oxon Hill Village Apartments for 7 years and have had no major complaints. The apartment is just what I wanted and I have no regrets in choosing this apartment community. I am especially impressed by how clean the community is kept and the hard working efforts of the maintenace crew and the service technicians. When a request is made for repairs, the matter is usually handled within 24-48 hours; emergencies are taken care of right away, In recent years, I have also become even more impressed with Management (especially the way that they have dealt with tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic). And, I want to give a special shout-out to my current Section Manager, Beverly Ahyoung, and my previous Section Manager, Latrice Gaines, who have both shown great professionalism, understanding and kindness.

I've been living here for almost 4 years and I have no complaints. My neighbors are nice and polite. Anytime I call the maintenance for whatever reason they are always prompt, professional and fix the problem. Maybe another 4 years!!

Staff is very kind & they make you feel very comfortable.

WELL some of your staff made me stay as long as i did i tried very hard to work with the situation my up stairs neighbors live in my dinning area the stay up all night walking dropping things what in the world i have reported it and the COCKROACHES are the pits they know better but when one got on my ankle as i used the restroom i was done i find 5 to 6 in a day and three to four in the morning before work so lets say 10 a day i tried to keep them in one bathroom so they can come take a look but they won't they send the same sorry exterminator so BYE BYE MY LAST MONTH I WON'T MAKE THE TWO YEARS ....And i fell during the winter slid under my neighbor's car called and reported it i have not heard from the main office or the CHARLES IN CHARGE,,,,LOL BUT OVER ALL IT SUCKS...GREAT STAFF (you know who i deal with)... THEY STUCK NO STARS FOR ME ....
