DON'T MOVE HERE!! My apartment is full of mold and they haven't done anything yet. They wont give me the number to corporate claiming they will just direct me back to the office. I've contact the maintenance scheduler, PM and AM only to keep getting bounced between them all and nothing getting done. They would rather us move so they can rent the apartments at a high rate then to fix an issue. I was told this issue was fixed, only to find that they just covered it up with a new cover. THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ON GOING FOR A YEAR. I'VE BEEN SICK AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHY I CAN'T GET RID OF A COUGH ONLY TO BE TOLD BY A ALLERGIST AND ENT THAT THE ISSUE IS WITH MY AIR QUALITY IN MY HOME. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THEY'RE TRYNA POINT FINGERS AT THE COMPANY WHO OWNED THE PROPERTY BEFORE THEM BUT THEY'VE BEEN OWNING IT SINCE I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING AND NOTHING. GUESS IT WILL TAKE A LAWSUIT AND THE COURTS GETTING INVOLVED FOR ANYTHING TO HAPPEN. Emergency maintenance never shows up and will lie like they called and you said you no longer needed them. This place has really gone downhill since the new owners took over. I see why EVERYONE IS MOVING OUT!! Having someone live in a place full of MOLD IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Its not them or their kids living in it so what do they care.. oh and my toilet has been leaking for over a year also, so much so that the floor boards have start to swell and make the floor uneven.

Main issues are is noisy neighbors. The neighbors in your building can make all the noise in the world and not think to care of another being whether it be below or above you. Wish there was something to enforce that since we are paying adults who want to come home to relax and not worry about noise and the laundry rooms are not the best. Other than that for now I guess it's tolerable

The worst place to live in America. There is so much rats and roaches there you would not believe its like they have a machine making rats and roaches. You cant even cook on your stove because of rats. I would never recommend anyone to live here. There is nothing good about these apartments cant wait to move.
