maintenance is terrible
Very nice looking facility, very nice area and features a lot of things my family and I I looking for. We haven't physically visit there yet.

I was supposed to move into red run on 8/15/19; signed the lease and received the keys to the apartment on that day. I was asked to do a walk-through of the apartment after receiving the keys and giving the funds due at move-in. Upon entry the apartment was clean and the new carpet they told me I received was done. The bathroom was unusable; the area around the drain was stained a brown color, contained 2 different colored adhesive mats and was peeling on the inside. When the adhesive mats were pulled up there was mold beneath the original mat that was placed in the tub. I returned to the leasing office and made them aware of my issue. I was told by their leasing agent Jessica that the adhesive mats were their standard to prevent falls in their tubs. With this information, I told them I would not move into the apartment until maintenance looked over the bathroom once more ( there were also broken shelves in the bathroom). They assured me maintenance would do just that and submitted a work order. I received and email on 8/16 claiming the work order was complete. I returned to the apartment that day and the shelving was fixed but the tub remained the same. I returned to the leasing office on 8/17/19 to return all their items. I again dealt with their leasing agent Jessica and she let me know they were aware of the mold issue in the tub and planned to have it fixed prior to my move in, but hadn't gotten around to getting a contractor out. So, in summary Red Run was aware the apartment they gave me had a molded tub and accepted my funds ( total of $951.48- includes security deposit of $300.00) knowing I would be unable to use the tub. I was told I would be refunded my money except for the 3 days I was in possession of their keys even though I never occupied the apartment. Now I have to wait 45 days for a partial refund. I want a very good apartment
I am updating my review from 4 stars that I gave earlier to 1 star. The reason being their faulty fire alarm system. I have never heart so many fire alarms in my life as many I heard during my stay in this community. The alarm starts ringing in middle of the night many times and it does't stop for 30 mins to an hour. This has been troubling issue since past one year but the management is simply ignoring it leaving the residents suffering. I emailed the leasing office couple of time asking about the resolution of this issue but no reply from them.
Don't stay at this place if you want good night's sleep.
