There are nicer places in the area for the same price as what you would pay for here
If the mice problem could be fixed I would stay in my apartment and have no complaints. I am a extremely clean person so to see mice droppings after bleaching my kitchen even night is ridiculous. It is unsanitary for children to play on the floor and unfair to residents who keep a well cleaned household
nice , consider quieter, people can tours around and its safe to live .
I have been living here for many years and I was informed that I could not get up grade for kitchen but I was inform by another tenet that they was able to get up grade
As a resident of almost a year I can say this is my second time leasing from a Home Properties community. The last location was in VA and now here in MD. I enjoy the family oriented atmosphere of the property. I enjoy the new upgrades in my place but it was a rushed job. I took photos and sadly the maintenance team has had to come in to repair things that if the apartment was upgraded in a timely manner before being advertised for leasing, I would have been happier. I dont care to see that my neighbors leave trash bags outside of their front doors in the hallways and some residents leave their shoes out in the halls as well. It may be due to their religion but it doesnt present a clean and safe environment to my visitors both family and business wise who walk past those sights. Rent is a bit high when its time to renew so I have to re-evaluate whether I will stay more than 2 years but other than that, I have no issues.
