I was sold a park like setting apt but soon discovered that the park was a playground for loud, roudy kids screaming at the top of their lungs and playing in the halls daily, bouncing balls on the walls and even riding bikes at full speed in hallways. I have yet to sleep in due to all the noise at the play ground on the weekend. Then, when the neighbors upstairs moved in the office must of removed carpet during reno as now it sounds like a 400 lb army sargent marching across ceiling night and day. The floors sqeak so loudly I think they might fall through at any moment. Then came the mouse or rat infestation. If it is 6 inches long and 3 inches wide is not a mouse. Rodents invaded the apartment. Even pooped on the poison Orkin left as bait.
Dirty leaves piled up on the premises for months. One good note is management was really nice whien I expressed my concens but after multiple complaints it was really nothing they could do. I had to move out.
You get what you pay for and this place epitomizes that. It's on the lower end in terms of rent prices for the area, which has made it a good option for myself personally coming out of college. The overall quality is a reflection of that, however. Basic finishings and largely old and at times unreliable appliances (unless you pay for the upgrades). Maintenance is hit or miss, and the office staff can be very helpful or rudely dismissive depending on who you get on the day. Hence average.
Not very customer service orientated. When I have had issues in the past, they were not taken care of in a timely manner or even a concerned manner. Not fun to be without heat for one month in the dead of winter. Only do things to make money like block off spaces to make people buy permits or get them towed.
Whenever I have a service need the response is quick. The servicemen are professional and polite. The only problem is cleaning after work is complete.
The maintenance is bad, takes long to respond, and water is very expensive
