If I could give this place a zero, I would! Staff are unfriendly and un informative! Never could answer a question about any topic. Big problem with ventilation, no heat or cold in back bedrooms, vent plugged, Chase refused to pay it and substantially our BGE bill was extremely high. We were told to purchase space heaters! Can u imagine that after paying $1800 in rent monthly. The trash receptacle was down the street and u hv to be carry ur trash there, while paying monthly for the service. Cooperate and regional manager phoned to complain, but never even received a courtesy call back. Shows u that things can look pretty on the outside, but that doesnt mean that the inner aspect is too. Dont be fooled by a smiling face and a lease!
I recently moved into Chase Lea Apartments and the apartment was flithy. Apparently this is a common thing at this complex as I noticed previous tenants complaining about their apartments being flithy as well. There was a clump of hair on my patio. None of the door handles especially the patio door handle was clean. They repainted over dirt in the bathroom instead of replacing the damaged items. For example, a shelf in the second walk in closet is falling down. Instead of fixing it, they painted over it. They painted over the dirt in both bathrooms. Managment refuses to replace the flithy appliances even though they are unsuitable for use. The washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven/ microwave are disgusting and they refuse to replace them because they are in working condition. Moreover, they would not want to use appliances that are flithy and unsuitable for use, yet they expect their tenants to use those appliances. Also, as other users have stated, the appliances in the apartment are dated. Chase Lea is also falsely advertising on their website that their apartments are renovated and they have Samsung appliances. I know for a fact the apartment has not been renovated because they have the exact same appliances as my cousin had when she lived at Chase Lea in 2011-2014. Additionally, management claims the Samsung appliances have been recalled, yet they continue to advertise they have those appliances (Correction: updated whirlpool appliances) in their apartments. I have things missing in my apartment.

I love it compared to where I moved from. It is very quiet and peaceful. Everyone is friendly.. whenever I have a question I can call the leasing office and get an answer right away. All my maintenance request were completed in a timely manner. Everyone very professional.
