This place is horrible, and has gone down hill. The management claims that they own the property and they take pride. This is a lie. The place is dirty, go into the rental office clubhouse. Walls are pathetic. Hallways in buildings are pathetic. Tiles need to be replaced. Chipped walls. Way Overprice. There was a shooting in the parking lot. Person was a resident and died from injuries. Many residents are moving out this DUMP! This management team needs to GO! Bozzuto managed the place much better. No comparison.
Living at this place was the worse year of my life. Too much noise, staff doesn't care about you, no security the list could go in forever.
If you are looking at all these great 5 star reviews they are fake. They were all posted on the same date. This place is notorious for fake reviews.
Since bozutto management is no longer managing the property the beacon is going downhill, whenever a maintenance request is requested, you have to request it at least 2-3 times, when buzotto managed the property your request was completed with one request and you were notified by email "considered it done" There is only 3 maintenance guys with PRP mgmt team and there were only 3 maintenance guys with buzotto.......go figure!!!! Also PRP staff team acts as if you are bothering them when you are paying $1800 a month. I will be passing this message on to Paul Dougherty President/ Cheif Investment Officers, Danielle Keute / VP

Lately tenants are moving out, I have had it up to here, I have lived here for 3 years and I am ready to put my notice in and pay the break lease fee that was on my original lease with bozutto. I will look for another property bozutto manages or purchase a home that is built by Mr Bozutto, The bozutto team is highly recommended I believe other management team needs to consult Mr Bozutto team of proper etiquette of running a mgmt
