What Renters Like and Dislike About North Bethesda

It's convenient for residents to get around places. All the local businesses is walkable distance or by public transit.

I can walk fearless, neighbourhood very quite. It has good schools for my children. There is a lot of green around the area. When you look outside your window you only see the trees

Lots of trees. Walkable to restaurants and shops. I like to walk to Starbucks and Whole Foods. We are also close to the JCC and the YMCA, both of which have outdoor heated pools!

How close you are to everything and can pretty much walk to something that is essential. Pike and Rose, many of the restaurants nearby are fabulous.

The market in the building is pricey but great in a pinch, as is the valet. I love being walking distance from a park/playground area too. We also like having the bus that goes to two close-by metro stops, so we have train access but it's also easy for car commutes (close to highway exits).

Close to wholefoods and metro station Love Fogo de Chao and Bimbibop nearby We enjoy the trail and parks nearby
