Don't do it!! If you want to be treated like trash from people in the rental office. These apts cost to much money for people to talk to you like you are scum. Bad bad bad customer service!! Mice, water leaks, nasty attitudes and horrible maintenance. It takes forever for them To fix anything... I'm so glad I left. I now live in apt that treats me very kind, very friendly on the phone, even email you friendly surveys...The Maintenance request are done online and they always come within 48 hours. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I had the same issues as the others. Mice, roaches, water leaks, etc. When I put in requests to have things fixed no one came. They would also lose my rent checks and then send me notices saying they would take me to court if I didnt pay. By far the worst apartment I ever lived in. It is unfortunate that they are taking advantage of people and charging ridiculous prices just because it is close to New Carrollton station.
Rodents, Roaches, poor maintenance, low level management, very unsafe environment. I'm paying rent for a place I'm scared to live in just using it for storage because I don't want to break the lease but if they would let me out of it I would be gone the place is packed up.
Bad castomer care service..... I don't recommend anyone to rent in this apartment... going to move in few days... problems, problems..... those girls that are working in leasing office they are giving bad costomer service to people .... 911 always in the apartment...
I give this place two stars because at times, it is perfectly adequate and I'm content living here, but most of the time, it is too noisy, dirty, and the service given by the office is insufficient. My stairwell sits in front of a growing cesspool of water in an old pool that has yet to be addressed since we moved here a year and a half ago. It's a major eyesore and is a representation of how things apparently are run. You're paying far too much for what you're getting.
