I would not recommend living here. I only did it cause my job at the time moved me back here from Texas and I need something quick. I don't know from the time I have gotten here, I received attitude about my out of state registration which in Texas they just give you a receipt as your registration. Just when I walk in the office, they look at you like you are bothering them. Now last night my worst fears happened. I saw a mouse in my bedroom. I tried calling their after hours line but the phone kept ringing no one picked up. I called today on my lunch break. Their response "Oh that happens from time to time." Ive been living in dorm rooms and apartments for 18 years, never once have I had mice. I asked for the property manager to call me. No one bothered. Then the lady at the leasing office is going to say well we can get someone to come out on Thuraday. So I am suppose to confined to one spot in this tiny apartment until then. Where is the sense of urgency but you want my rent money and want me to renew this lease. Man when I get back from my trip, I am going apartment hunting. Maybe they hate their jobs, or think folks who live here cant do any better than getting this place. I rather move back to South Caroljna and live with my mother than to put up with this disrespectful fooliahness. Don't even call me bc at this point the attitude I got today was enough to show me that my money need to go somewhere else.

I have been complaining about the bath tub since day one but the maintenance department is not willing to fix it. First they sent me an email that says the request was completing without fixing it. I thought they really fixed it since I was overseas for a couple of months. When I came back the problem is still there and went to the office to tell them, they apologised but never fixed the problem. Now it is been more than three months since I told them but they are telling me that to wait for

The manager lied to my face about renewal policies, and how much I would be charged, while I had money stolen (unauthorized direct ACH bill) from my account days later, and they did not give back all of it, because the manager's boss said that what the manager told me was wrong, and that he was misinformed. Also, the gym was promised to open in one month after I moved in, but the gym was still not open a year later. Laundry machines never worked, and appliances needed service decades ago.

First and foremost , I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your renewal process. I would like an opportunity to discuss renewal policies. Our gym is opened M-F from 10am to 2pm and from 6pm to 8pm (closed 4 hours for after school children programs).Sat 10pm to 2pm. Laundry's are being upgraded this year with new equipment. Again thank you for expressing your concerns.
