most unprofessional rude nasty leasing office ever apartment infested with mold

BEWARE, they will request your security deposit BEFORE your applications fully processed. Meaning, you can be denied the keys and without $500-$1500 for atleast a month while you: 1) reapply or 2) find a new place to stay. Managements explanation for this is Its processed by a third party so we cant speak on that. Lack of accountability in management and alot of missing money, PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

I moved in last year. The first few nights I was here mice was running through the apartment. Then started having problems with the refrigerator and stove and plumbing. My shower head cracked doors don't close like they should no heat in the winter and no ac in the summer. Now they want to evict me and my family. On top of that the bed bugs. Management is poor. They don't care.

They need a better upkeep of the inside of the apartments instead of always making sure the outside look good.some of the people who work in the rental office is not that friendly and there customer service is not that good.the laundry room needs work, the paint they use is cheap.

This was a great place to live, its quite and well kept a little dated but overall I enjoyed my studio unit. Close to DC public transportation etc I would live here again!
