I just moved out Sept 30th 2017 and lived there for 5 years and when it was time to get my despoit back the came up with all these charges for every little thing. I also paid a pet fee of $250.00 that was suppose to go into escrow til I moved out and they took that. My total refund was almost $400.00 they charged me so much until I am only getting $75.00 back and I haven't gotten that yet. A nice community but the management is the worst.
I would not even recommend this place to anyone, if you rent here you will regret it. To be totally honest with you they need to change management.
The Staff in the office are really Professional and Kind!! The Townhome community is clean and the rent isn't high at all!! I'm moving in Nov 10,so excited
You get exactly what you pay for month to month, the rent is too high but the way they treat you is like it is section 8 housing. I wish the rent was based on your income and not the area around. Maybe if they treated it based on income then tenants would be able to afford to stay. This is really sad to be paying twice more than my mother and she has a mortgage $1200. They do not cut you a break all they do is take $150.00 off when you renew your lease they can do better than that. It would really help out a lot if they were more concerned about their tenants having a place to live instead of being concerned about the money they can collect from you.
