I love the apartment. The staff was very rude and took forever with a maintenance problem. I was in a car accident on Dec 10th 2016. I totaled my jeep.My finance and I didn't work for 2 months. The only income we had was my disability, which didn't even cover the rent. I explained my situation to Laura the property manager. She would not work with us. She proceeded with writ of summons, which means you get evicted even if you pay the past rent. She tried to get the rent from us knowing that she was going to evict us anyway. She doesn't give a crap about anyone only that you pay the rent. All I have to say is what goes around comes around. One day she will have hardship.
These apartments are over priced. We pay over $1,000 for a box with horrible old yellow fixtures. We have mice and the office has done nothing about it. I have been wanting to move since the day I moved in. Neighbors are constantly arguing and waking us up at night. The leasing office wants to charge us over $2,000 for leaving on the date which we agreed to in the first place! They said we should have notified them 90 days in advance that we where HONORING OUR ORIGIONAL LEASE!! We weren't aware and happened to call the office in 86 days of our lease ending. Yes! They are trying to trap us into another year or $2000 for a 4 day difference. YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE! DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE FOOL YOU! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
