to paint the hallways.we have drywall.coming down n holes n the walls..and our doors are a mess also.
I would like if townhomes can have their mail delivered to their door but I understand we won't be getting that back.
My vehicle was towed for parking against a yellow curb. It is not designated tow away zone and I think they need to be more clearly marked.
It would be nice to have monthly community events. Community scavenger hunt, winner gets a 10 gift card to Target. Or Breakfast for the once every 3 months. Paper bag a bagel and cream cheese and an orange juice or milk or single serving cereal. I also think it would be a great idea to put more than 1 washer and dryer in the laundry buildings. I had 2 loads and had to wash 1 load at a time. It was easier to go to the laundry mat.
Some of the apartment buildings on the inside the hallways need to be painted especially the building I'm in 59.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
