Avalon Arundel Crossing

I am enjoying Free Coffee and great Fitness Center here! I am very happy at AVALON! Exceptional place, especially if you're renting a Studio apartment, the one with the wall in the middle of the studio (Executive kind). It is, basically, is a one-bedroom apartment for the price of a studio. I've been looking for one of these forever. I've seen some great apartments, but they were a lot more expensive and far away from my work place. People who work here are really friendly too.

I lived in apartment 1111 for two years, I was the first tenet in the apartment. I moved out on June 30th 2019, for three days I cleaned it top to bottom. Due to a few screw holes from curtains this company took my $105 security deposit and charged me for cleaning. THIS PROPERTY SUCKS! When you live there it is great, when you leave, they take you through the ringer!!! I hope this company loses residents to the new and better complex next door. Beware, they will take your money too.

Linthicum Heights is quiet just the way I like it is peaceful and you don't see how much trouble.

Beautiful apartments, lovely ammenaties, kind and helpful staff, fun social events, convenient and safe location, maintenance/service requests addressed quickly, lovely residents...thank you Alexan Concorde for a wonderful year!! We just moved out and already miss it, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!!

When I first moved in it seemed nice. The floors are absolutely too thin you can hear the people above you walking around. Also even though they advertise it as a smoke free environment, you still have people smoking in their apartments . Which includes cigarettes and marijuana . Its just a bunch of people that cant police themselves , even with throwing trash in the parking lot or throwing up in front of the entrance to the apartment building and just leaving it there for someone else to clean up. But if you're looking for a entry level luxury apartment this is your way to go!
