Lots of resident activities, constantly upgrading something in the community. We got another new dog park this year!
My initial interest in the community was because if its affordability on the rental side and on the utility bill side. The centralized heating and air conditioning with a flat small monthly bill saves me a lot of money annually. I also enjoys the roomy interior and how corners were designed into extra closets providing multiple storage locations which help make my apartment more organized.
Entire complex is always neat and well kept. Management staff very helpful and prompt to address any concerns. Literally a family friendly and crime-free neighborhood.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
