Residents, do not rent their clubhouse. They will not open the door for you and you will not be able to host your guests I had to send my guests away and wasted my food because the hall wasn't opened. When I called the next day to find out what the hall wasn't opened for me. The excuses was that their third party phone lines were not working to reach the on call representative that would open the hall and of course not their fault . Fine, things happened but common P, at least show empathy, apology, that's all customer service is all about.
Don't tell me the best you could do is for me to host another party and i would not charge me .

Not recommend they will not enforce policies. They will only do things that can make them money otherwise they will allow bad things to happen which could harm people.

Please consider moving elsewhere. If you live on the side near the grocery store and shopping plaza, you will hate it. Cars get broken into, cars get towed, a lot of illegal activity, marijuana scent, and loud neighbors. Management is rude and maintenance is nice but don't fix the problems. When it is time to renew the lease, they jack the price too high. And for what? They haven't improved anything.

I've lived at The Seasons for years and I really like living here. Neighborhood is nice, location is great. Plus I have free access to 2 swimming pools and a fully equipped gym.
