Ive been living here since May and it seems like every month there is some type of inconvenience.

Good luck finding a parking spot near your unit after 6p.

The walls are paper thin. I can hear phones vibrating and babies crying WITH my tv on.

In the first several months, maintenance was being called REGULARLY to either fix the a/c unit or fix the lack of hot water. The trash service that is used is subpar and more of a hassle than an amenity.

I rented the clubhouse for an engagement party in September. When I arrived all the dirty pool furniture from outdoors (with bugs and webs) was left stacked in the entrance and doorway. When I contacted the leasing office, they sent a man over to remove it. He looked around for 10 min and said "no I cant". I called the leasing office again to find a solution to this eye sore and was told she would call me right back.... I'm still waiting on the call.

Beware of ordering packages. You should be prepared to take time off work to be able to pick it up since it will be delivered to the leasing office... and they're only open the hours that most of us work.

However, reasonable prices, especially for this area. The staff (maintenance included) is usually very pleasant and professional.

Because I was here almost five years they want to pay just for one month 250$ extra. If you have maintance problem they brazen it out. They dont know which paint they are using.

I was literally waiting for someone to take me on my appointment tour which I arrived 5 minutes early for, and yet has anyone helped me, I've been here for almost an hour and it's not fair. The customer service is very bad, and seem like they don't want to work here or something. Which isn't good for business, and the manager isn't doing their job either because if you valued new renters and cared about the business then I wouldn't be here all day, when I showed up on time for my appointment.

I've been here for a few years now and everything has been great! They are pet friendly and have refundable pet deposit which is a huge plus. The gym is huge and the equipment seems fairly new. My apartment is quiet and I never have trouble finding parking. I would recommend the Seasons to anyone looking for a quiet community with everything you need.

Residents, do not rent their clubhouse. They will not open the door for you and you will not be able to host your guests I had to send my guests away and wasted my food because the hall wasn't opened. When I called the next day to find out what the hall wasn't opened for me. The excuses was that their third party phone lines were not working to reach the on call representative that would open the hall and of course not their fault . Fine, things happened but common P, at least show empathy, apology, that's all customer service is all about.
Don't tell me the best you could do is for me to host another party and i would not charge me .
