Don't live here. It is dirty and disgusting, They have no sense of customer service. The apartments are infested with rats, cockroaches, and bedbugs. If i could, i would give it 0 stars. Spread the word this complex needs to be shut down or renovated.
Overall the apartment are nice and big. Unfortunately they could a better job with getting maintenance things doing a little bit quicker. Went a whole week calling due to a mold spot in the living room, they came saw it and said its fine if it turns black call us...Really? The ladies in the office are AMAZING! They really do their best to try and get things done
This is the worst property when you want something to fix the maintenance take a week or more customers service is horrible
Property is not kept up to my standards. Some people leave trash outside of trash bins, trash thrown on the sidewalk and open areas, old furniture is left on the lawn for days, mice problem and when you call to tell them you are put on a list for the exterminator who only comes out when requested. I have called, emailed about issues within the complex and still nothing is done, but they are quick to send you a notice for anything else. Notices for holidays are put on the doors to fsr in advance that it is confusing as to when the office is open/closed. Customer service, they really need to work on some of their attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks dirty and they don't clean the buildings everyday, they say there is a towing service, but I have not seen a tow truck to remove non residential cars. If you request a temporary parking for the weekend it's a fee of $75, if list it's $100. It's all about the money snd not the residents.
