The staff here are Best group of people who will be there for you when you call them. Always with a Smile.
Lack of care for complaints about bugs. The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING; even the noise in the hallway. Leasing office does not document or follow through on anything. They change people so much they don't know what one person is saying to the next. If you prefer cabinet space and kitchen space you won't get it here.
The new management has yet to appreciate the need for good customer service and truly valuing their tenants. They are most unfriendly, uncompromising and difficult to work with. I've never missed any rent for the 5 years I've lived here, yet when there's correspondence from the leasing office, they are threatening and rigid!!! I can't wait to leave this aweful group ( with exception of one very warm and pleasant staff).
The company charged more than$1,100 for replacing the carpet. I stayed there for three years. I was never late in paying my rent. The quality of carpet they provide is not expected to there after three years when a new tenant gets in. I have seen all the apartment there whose tenants were changing that the company puts new carpet. And this is the norm. So, I really don't understand how they could justify the charge.
The grounds are not smoke free and the residents in my building smoke and I'm being affected by secondhand smoke. Plus, my neighbors are noisy.
