The management and staff are friendly and approachable. They quickly resolve any issues residents may have. The apartments are big and spacious. Great place to live.
The apartments have great size. They are pretty well taken care of. You can't beat the price.
This is based on my experience 3/2016-2/2018
Parking: Initially with Grady Management there was no assign parking, no parking passes , and no extra painted fire lanes. This left residents to have plenty parking or double park. Parking was on first come first serve basis. Abandon vehicles and or anyone could park here.
When Ross Management took over they promised to change parking for almost a year . Parking was changed after fire department issued citation. New fire lanes were painted and signs put up. This left residents with fewer places to park . After a few weeks or less parking passes were issued.
However, parking was still on first come first serve basis . The property management didn't see fit to pay a contractor to come out and repaint parking lot for resident's and visitor's parking . So as it stands when I left you will get a parking pass and one visitor pass per lease holder. Parking is on a first come first serve basis.
There have been times were I had to park at the neighborhood next door and walk home. (Not close in the dark )
Additionally, the old and new tow company advised they do not come out after hours and tow cars. They only come when rental office send them a fax and notify them of what cars to tow. Call them and do your due diligence.
Security: We have security various times depending on how many residents cars where broken into or left sitting on bricks. Before I left we had a nice security guard who came occasionally.
The front doors maybe lock depending on if it's propped open or broken.
Apartments: Very spacious
Rodents : Yup. Mice scratching inside walls. Roaches :Yup. The pest control company will come out and treat your apartment every Wednesday . You would have to put your name on list.
Atmosphere: My neighbors on both floors I lived on were nice. Frequent odor of marijuana in hallways.
Depending on who your neighbors are the smell will come in your apartment as it did mines.
I would love to see more handicap parking place. That's one thing this place needs
Poor elevator that is always down. Also residents smoking I'm hallways making the hallways so stuffy especially early in the mornings
