We Love This Community, my family and I have lived in this community since December 15, 2007 and we have chosen to continue to live here because the cost is cheap but the apartment is quiet, efficient and clean. I EXTEMELY LOVE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE NO ROACHES OR RODENTS and we have lived in the apartment that we were in for over two years going on three! The quality of the apartment homes is great and I love our closet space. Fox Rest is faithful at exterminating frequently and we love the fact that, if you have any issues with your apartment, all you have to do is contact Fox Rest. They are prompt at sending maintenance out to fix whatever issue you may have, whether it's a broken stove, oven, heater or garbage disposal. Another important fact I like about Fox Rest is, they believe in energy efficiency and so they have changed the light bulbs in every apartment to energy saving bulbs which helps save money on your electric bill. By the way, the only utilities you have to pay are electric. Also, you control your own heat and air, which is definitely a PLUS!!! The only negative comment I can sincerely mention about Fox Rest is, the VISITORS PARKING; there is not enough space depending on where you choose to live. We live in a one apartment complex and the visitor parking is very slim. In my opinion, some tenants have more than two Adult people living in their one bedroom homes and they use the visitor's parking for permanent parking. This is a problem for those of us that has guest to visit because they have to park on the street.
The building where I live (inside) I think should be cleaned much better than they are...for example the floors are mopped over top of dirt it just looks terrible...I'm just speaking for the building I live in not sure how the others are....for the rent I pay I think it should be done alittle better..my personal opion
It's a nice apartment. But they just need to upgrade .
There should be improvement in staff- resident communication. The staff do not have good customer service relationship. Also, they do not respond to maintenance repairs on time. Some people do park at another person's parking space. Someone parked at my assigned parking space one day and i tried to explain to the person but he was insulting me. Also, Someone use his/her car to hit my car while my car was parked in my assigned space and the person ran away without leaving no information.
