I love my apartment here at steeplechase its very cozy. I would really recommend this community to everyone. The staff are GREAT!!! they made the process very easy for me they didnt leave out anything as far as what needed to be done and that was very helpful. When something went wrong I love the fact that a member from staff came to see about it first before maintenance. I LOVE IT!! Thanks again

Steeplechase Apartments is the absolute best. I have been living here for 2 years and I haven't looked back. I love the area. Its close to everything and the office staff of Steeplechase are so polite and helpful. I would most definitely recommend renting at Steeplechase Apartments.

I applied for Steeplechase Apartments and was approved and completed all background checks paid holding fees. Was told three weeks later I no longer qualified. I had to insist on a reason after weeks of waiting. Extremely unprofessional and rude!

I am a current resident and I would not recommend this place. There is always someone smoking weed in my building and the smell sometimes comes into my apartment. There have also been several fights on the floor above mine. When we moved in the apartment smelled weird, had roaches, and was dirty.

The staff and management has recently changed and they are rude and condescending. My husband and I pay for a reserved parking spot for his work vehicle. When the ownership of the apartment complex changed my husbands work vehicle was towed.

We called and explained that we have the parking pass and are vehicle should not be towed. We were informed that we had the wrong pass and that there was nothing they could do. There was not sympathy or consideration that the pass we had was given to us by the previous manager and we were never informed that we needed a new one. We had also have been paying $30 monthly for the spot. We requested to speak with a manager to be refunded or credit for the $175 we had to pay to get the car out. After much back and forth we were told that we would be CC'ed on an e-mail to the manager and that she would get back to us. We waited a few weeks and as I suspected there was no response from the manager. I also left a voicemail but my call was never returned.

I would not waste my time living at a place that does not care for the residents. You should not have to worry about having your care towed when you are paying for the spot.
