One of the worst apartment I ever seen in my life is about Three month that our bath room is lock and its broken its emergency and I Keep telling to the office and dont care about our issue I dont know what to do with this property management and also we paying our rent on time...

Don't make the mistake to move in. There is no parking after 7:30 PM. The guess parking lots have residents in them. Parking is not enforced. The noise from kids playing on the stairs and outside is overwhelming. The washing machines and dryers never work. Not to mention the A.C. It does not matter if it's over 100 degrees, the A.C. is not turned on. You get letters from the rental office that A.C. will be on on 5/16 but it still not no. 'We are working on it" per the office. Can the rent be short? Every year the rent is increased but no maintenance or upgrade is done inside the building. This place is a joke!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. MICE, WATER SHUT OFF CONSTANTLY "FOR REPAIRS" (I'VE BEEN HERE A FEW YEARS AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT). NO AIR ON 80 DEGREE DAYS. THE AIR IS SUPPODSED TO BE ACTIVE BY MAY 15TH. IT NEVER IS!MAJOR BUG AND RODENT PROBLEM. AND THE PARKING.... RIDICULOUS!!!! I WISH I WAS WARNED BEFORE I MOVED IN. ONLY STILL THERE BECAUSE I NEED TO WORK ON MY CREDIT. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Good place to live, but parking is extremely limited and enforced 24h/7. Offloading grocery or furnitures or anything while park in front of the building door is a tenant risk. Towed cars are embouched between residents cars and in less than 3mn, your car with grocery or furnitures is gone. Visitors parking are few and always occupied. So it's best to avoid having visitors.
