I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to move in. The office staff are not pleasant. Too many add-on utilities bill. The office staff will refuse to take your rent if you are late on water and sewage. The utilities are so high. There are a lot of robbery and car break-in. The office staff are not friendly. Rent goes high every year. It is not a pleasant place to live.
Dont move here. Literally broke bums around here that smash out car windows and steal working folks property and belongings. These bums do not steal anything of particular value, just anything they think they can take for free. Cars stolen, broken into, carjackings, robberies, cars sitting on bricks, are a common thing here. These apts were built over 50 years ago, and have had no significant renovations. So you do the math on the looks and conditions. No washer, dryer, dishwasher. Laundry rooms are moldy and gross. Water bill is high, and is not based on your actual usage. No security or cameras. Parking is bad, and dark at night. Rent increases every year. Would not recommend at all.
Lansdowne Village in Landover, MD near Washington, DC offers huge studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. We're at the center of everything you need. Cats are welcome. Utilities not included in rent - you pay gas, electricity, and water/sewer. Property features include a relaxing pool with sundeck, two play areas, basketball court, laundry in almost all apartment buildings and mail delivery just inside each building, on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
