I had friends that lived there when it was the Homes at Towne Plaza and it was terrible. I found myself looking for a place to live and my friends told me the new people were better and they changed their name to The Pointe at Country Crossing. I made an appointment with the leasing person named Ellen and she was awesome. We are looking forward to moving in to our new townhouse in August. This place is much better!!!

If I could give a Negative Star review for this Complex I would. We moved into Towne Plaza before they were bought out by Blue Ocean Realty. The rent was reasonable for the unit we lived in (Two bedroom white appliances). These units are over 30 years old. Once Blue Ocean bought Towne Plaza they took everyone's assigned parking away, and jacked up the rent prices, adding a water fee & a monthly pet rent. How can you suffice charging almost $1,300 for an outdated unit and barely offer any other amenities?! You're ripping residents off. Which is why I'm glad I moved out. I will continue to spread the word about how poorly Blue Ocean is running Towne Plaza.

The townhouse has a large living room and washer and dryer in unit, which I love. The bathroom is kinda small though. I love the upgraded units cabinets and appliances.
