I do not recommend staying at this place for more than a year. No playground for children. Rent goes up every year. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Its ridiculous. Gym and pool are off site. Ive heard of rodent problems from other guests so that is true. For the prices and layout of apartments to include amenities that they dont provide i would definitely stay some place else.

I moved in the Ivy club apartments in January and I love everything this about it. They take care of the resident need. They update you on wants going on on the around the building. I know I have chosen the right apartment and location to live.
