Post Park is a community that offers more than what you pay for. The tenants and management staff are friendly. It is not often that you live in a community and not just an apartment building.
So far I had a wonderful experience with Post Park. It's a very nice community to live in. I had a great experience with Erica who helped me find what I exactly need and facilitate the process through my move-in date. If you're looking for a gorgeous apartment, great location, metro accessible, peaceful environment, great management, Post Park is the place for you.

After a month of living in Post Park, I can say that I'm truly happy here. I love the location, the appearance of my apartment (inside and out) and the feeling of comfort I get. I've had no complaints about living here.
I freaking LOVE Post Park apartments! Great location, Nice spacious apartments and Great neighbors! If you are looking for a new place, Post park is the place to be. The apartments aren't cheap, but definitely worth every penny. You will fall in love with it just as I have.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
