Once they change the carpet and finish painting it's a very beautiful place the apartment is so beautiful. I love it.

The good part of the living experience here are the Monday - Friday is Rosy, Keisha and Aliya. They try their best to keep things running smoothly in the building. Other than that, the procedures and the practices of this place is completely inconvenient and taxing on the residents. The building does not have 24 hours concierge (even though that was RECENTLY brought back as an incentive). So God forbid you have friends and family drop by to visit you unannounced, and no parking pass is available. Now they are subject to being towed by a corrupt and ruthless towing company. Speaking of the towing company, they were recently caught on video by a resident shaking and bumping vehicles in order for passes on the visor to fall, and effectively STEAL cars on the lot. The driver and company are abhorrent and arent below belittling visitors and residents who unaware of parking policies, let alone stealing cars from people who rightfully belong there.

Never ever try this place. It was the worst experience for me. Once you plan to move out they will charge you a lot of extra money. You will never get your secure deposit back and you pay a big amount for small stain.

I write to salute the strides of the new management at plaza towers under Lisa the property Manager and Michael the assistant property manager. I have lived here for over ten years. Lisa and team are doing a great job so far within the short time they have been here to make plaza towers better. The parking lot have been disenclaved, the scary woods cut down with cameras and more lighting to ensure safety, superb landscaping with well arranged flower beds giving the building a new impetus and more visibility, safe and modern balconies have been replaced, if you are a parent with kids you will really appreciate this as it also ensures your privacy especially for those units that have shared balconies, maintenance are very proactive and Janitoral staff. Looking at the strategic location of plaza towers (PG plaza mall, metro and other near by shops) it is fair to say that this is an ideal home location. They have 24 hours towing to ensure that residents have parking spaces anytime. Lisa and team are transforming plaza towers. Thank you
