Overall, Cypress Creek has been a good fit four us in the nearly two years we lived here. Thank you.
worst apartment ever... everything fixed is a patch job the payment options are the worst the bathrooms have mold and to TOP EVERYTHING OFF THE HAVE MICE
When is was called Cypress Creek it was a nice place to live now that it is called Landmark Apartments it is the worst place to live. They do not fix thing you can request all you like its been over 1 month and nothing is done. Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher are out of date and they want all this money and can not fix nothing. Not worth living in for over $1000 not worth it
Have security to monitor the area and pay attention to the residents/visitors that hang around. Invest in new washing and dryer machines. It's very inconvenient to connect the washer to the sink and to wait hours for clothes to dry.
Don't lie in the leasing office and say that utility costs are less than $100. I wasn't in town for 3 weeks and it was still $154. Outright lie. 810 sq. ft with $300 in electricity! Disgusting.
