Lease Terms

Our lease terms are: 12 months.<BR><BR>Pet Policy: $35 pet rent. Restrictions: Landmark is a pet friendly community. AC goes down yearly, and never has cooled below 78 degrees during my time here. Last time they tried to convince me it was working and give it some time, when a piece of paper wouldnt blow off of the vent set on high!!! Currently have been waiting over a week for maintenance to come and not fix it again.....last time I sent a request in August, I found a letter on counter (meaning they came into my apartment unannounced) in OCTOBER claiming it had been serviced. I called a week and a half ago. Lets see how long it takes this time. Isn't there a legal recourse???? This is unlivable, its too hot to not have ac especially with a small child. But they expect rent on time and will post letters on the entry-way walls and doors to make sure that part of the agreement is upheld, but let the ac go down and all of a sudden they're incompetent!! It's currently 11pm and 85 degrees in my apartment. Its actually cooler outside.

It takes up to two months for maintenance to fix your items. terrible roach problem that they will not give attention to. Great location terrible maintenance attention.
