It takes up to two months for maintenance to fix your items. terrible roach problem that they will not give attention to. Great location terrible maintenance attention.

worst apartment ever... everything fixed is a patch job the payment options are the worst the bathrooms have mold and to TOP EVERYTHING OFF THE HAVE MICE

When is was called Cypress Creek it was a nice place to live now that it is called Landmark Apartments it is the worst place to live. They do not fix thing you can request all you like its been over 1 month and nothing is done. Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher are out of date and they want all this money and can not fix nothing. Not worth living in for over $1000 not worth it
