This place is ok but has its flaws with management and the overall grounds keeping. No regular up-keep of the grounds. Trash is always overflowing and debris on the grounds. Management is slow to respond if ever to emails! Maintenance is WONDERFUL.

My overall satisfaction would lean towards excellent if it wasn't for the fact that my dog steps in other dogs' feces almost everyday when I take him for walks. I paid a hefty deposit, monthly pet fees, and I always pick up after my dog. What do I pay all this extra pet money for if I have to suffer at the laziness of other tenents? It is a little ridiculous when my rent is almost $2,000 a month and I'm stepping in dog fecal matter.

Also, if you see a neighbor who is not picking up after their pet, please report that to the office. We can then address the issue directly with that owner. The resident I referred NEVER received their check. I moved in June 2013 and the resident still has not received the check. I contacted the office a bunch of times, with no luck.

This place is overly expensive, does not have good management, allows neighbors to make far too much noise, does not have upgraded amenities, and is quick to charge residents for everything from trash being out too early, too late, or maintenance requests.

Certified Resident

There have been several instances in which phone calls and emails regarding resident concerns/ requests are not returned and addressed in a prompt manner. Garage assignment process was disorganized (i.e- a garage was thought to be available and was assigned to us, only to find that the garage was occupied by another resident's vehicle when we opened the garage door to park our vehicle).
